1. Cooling-off for digital training
For distance contracts governed by Brazilian consumer law (CDC), you may generally withdraw within 7 calendar days of purchase if access to digital materials has not begun. Once login access or downloadable assets are activated at your request, statutory withdrawal may be limited as permitted by law.
2. 14-day goodwill window
Beyond statutory rights, Node Core Hub offers a 14-day goodwill refund window from the purchase date for standard cohort enrollments where no live sessions have started and no mentor feedback has been delivered.
3. Partial refunds
If you attended part of a cohort due to scheduling conflicts, we may offer partial credit toward a future cohort instead of cash refunds, evaluated case by case.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party exam vouchers, books shipped physically (if offered), or custom private workshops scoped outside public syllabi are non-refundable once ordered.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@nodecorehub.one with your enrollment reference, reason, and proof of purchase. We respond within five business days.
6. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days to the original payment method when possible. Card timelines depend on issuers.
7. Cancellations by Node Core Hub
