General Terms

By accessing nodecorehub.one and purchasing or enrolling in training operated by Node Core Hub, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site or services.

Node Core Hub provides cohort-based and self-paced digital training with mentor support related to agile delivery and Scrum practices. Materials may include templates, recordings where explicitly stated, and facilitator notes. Unless a written statement of work says otherwise, services are educational, not consulting engagements.

You must provide accurate registration details. You may not misuse access credentials, scrape the site in ways that degrade performance, or upload unlawful content through forms. We may suspend access for violations that risk other learners or mentors.

All curricula, branding, and downloadable assets remain owned by Node Core Hub unless a license is expressly granted. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for internal learning within the organization that paid for access. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing requires written permission.

Workshops may reference third-party collaboration tools. Those tools are governed by their own terms. Node Core Hub is not responsible for outages or data handling by third-party vendors you choose to connect.

Training is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted under Brazilian law. Node Core Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from application of techniques in your workplace. Nothing here limits non-waivable statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Courts located in the State of Tocantins, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venues that apply to you.

We may update these terms by publishing a new last updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or pause services for operational reasons with reasonable notice when feasible.
